Writing in a variety of genres (poetry, story writing, narratives)
Engaging activities and collaboration (choosing a topic, sustained writing time, revising, editing, publishing and sharing)
Understanding the writing process (in a variety of writing contexts)
Learning in a supportive environment under the tutelage of experienced writing teachers (but without the concern of earning a grade)
Transportation to and from campus must be provided by parents or caregivers. Students who utilize public transportation will be walked to their bus after each afternoon session by adult camp leaders.
Complete the registration forms located above and send the completed form and payment to Cheri Pruitt (directions on registration forms).
